During the 18th International Congress of the German Medical Association for Fasting and Nutrition (ÄGHE) Robin Mesnage, who is a post-doctoral Researcher in the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at King’s College, London gave an impressive presentation about “The Impact of Fasting Diet and Lifestyle on the Human Gut Microbiome”.
𝗔𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝗗𝗿 𝗥𝗼𝗯𝗶𝗻 𝗠𝗲𝘀𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲: Dr Robin Mesnage is a post-doctoral Researcher in the Department of Medical and Molecular Genetics at King’s College, London. He is a computational toxicologist whose main research interests focus on understanding the effects of pollution on human health, and the safety evaluation of environmental contaminants, including pesticides.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗠𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝘀𝘀𝗼𝗰𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗙𝗮𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝘂𝘁𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 (ÄGHE) took place June 2019 in Überlingen, Lake Constance. The ÄGHE congress is organised in cooperation with Buchinger Wilhelmi clinics and the Maria Buchinger Foundation. Together with internationally renowned scientists such as Mark Mattson, Andreas Michalsen, Frank Madeo, James Mitchell, Françoise Wilhelmi de Toledo, Jean-Jacques Trochon, and other fasting experts the following topics were discussed: – Indications and contraindications for fasting
