How to Live 100 Years – 6 Longevity Habits
How to live 100 years? I am sharing my 6 longevity habits that I’ve built over the past 5 years. The global life expectancy has been on the rise for the last century and I believe that with the trends of healthier lifestyle we can easily live up to 100 years and even beyond that milestone.
Here are the main 6 habits that will get me to 100 years:
1. Find a greater purpose in life;
2. Never stop learning new things;
3. Learn to manage stress when it hits you;
4. Move your body every day;
5. Eat the right food;
6. Avoid toxic thinking.
While I was doing the research, I found another major reason for people to live 100 years. That is to have a strong social circle and live in a community of strong bonds. There’s a great example of a social circle in a Greek island where people easily live up to 100 years of age.
